When accounts are introduced
If a future Ludonex game offers accounts, this page will provide the exact in-game and web-based deletion steps. It will also explain what data is deleted, what may need to be retained, and how long deletion takes.
Support and data requests
If you previously contacted us by email and want us to review or delete the personal information contained in that correspondence, send a request from the same email address. Include enough detail for us to locate the conversation, but do not send passwords or payment card information.
Platform data
Data associated with Google Play or another platform account is controlled by that platform unless a game specifically states otherwise. You may need to manage that information through the platform's own settings.
